              Attachment Theory

Bowlby discovered that human beings are biologically wired to form deep bonds with caregivers for survival. He theorized that the way a primary caregiver responds to a child’s emotional and physical needs creates an "internal working model." This subconscious blueprint dictates a person's attachment style—teaching them whether they are worthy of love, whether others can be trusted, and how to navigate intimacy and conflict in adult relationships.

Viktor Frankle: The Drive for Meaning

Frankl, a psychiatrist and Holocaust survivor, founded Logotherapy on the premise that the primary human drive is not the pursuit of pleasure, but the pursuit of meaning. He theorized that humans can endure immense suffering as long as they can find a purpose within it. His philosophy emphasizes that while we cannot always control what happens to us, we always retain the ultimate freedom to choose our attitude and find meaning in our circumstances.
